Movie Synopsis: The Shredder’s men are robbing on a dock, but they are stopped by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and leave a mark, the whole thing was found by April, she fells that the mark is intentionally left. The next day she tells her television colleagues what she has seen, but all her colleagues think that it is very absurd, and she is fired by television station. April decides to investigate the matter to the end.

The Shredder commands his men to use innocent people as bait to lure Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and catch them. But The Shredder’s men are no match for their opponents, they are defeated and flee. Then April found Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, she thinks of her own childhood, the fire of her father’s laboratory, at that time she rescued four turtles, who are probably super heros now. Against the force of evil, the mission of saving the city is about to begin…..
