Movie Synopsis: After the seventy-fifth game, the government destroyed her home Zone No.12. Katniss was so lucky to be rescued, her family and many residents of Zone No.12 were rescued by Gale, but Pita was caught by the government and became a captive.

The government makes up lies to tell people that Zone No.13 doesn’t exist, in fact it is the same as Zone No.12, it was destroyed by the government. Residents of Zone No.13 escaped from death in that year are now beginning to revolt against the government, and new leaders appear, people of Zone No.13 have made a plan to overthrow the government.
