Movie Synopsis: In the world of Beatrice, people are divided into 5 factions: honest, friendly, knowledgeable, selfless, fearless. Beatrice was born in a selfless family, all of 16 years old people must choose their own faction,it means that it is likely to leave their parents, once it is chosed,the choice can not be changed. In one test, Tori tells Beatrice that she doesn’t belong to any faction, she is a uncontrolled divergent. Tori also tells her never to reveal her identity, if not she may bring herself the disaster of being killed.

Beatrice finally choses the fearless faction,she leaves her parents. In fearless faction she meets Four, her identity is found by Four, Four decides to help her, but Four himself is also a divergent. In a task, they expose their identity……
